- Engage. To engage local stakeholders to ensure our voices are heard and opinions taken into consideration to improve life for our community in Basingstoke.
- Educate. To advance the education of the public in the subject of race; to ensure the truth about Black, Asian and minority ethnic history and contributions to this country are acknowledged and for us to be a contributing source of education and support.
- Eradicate. To stand up against racial injustice and work towards unity and diversity across Basingstoke, so that there is a level playing field of opportunity for all.
- Empower. To empower the next generation so they can navigate their way from potential to high performance.
